Great graphics! This post makes me wish, as always, that there was a more specific/descriptive word for the configuration role - the red line in your chart. Analyst by definition implies a passive role, focused on analyzing, learning and researching. But SharePoint provides the opportunity for so much hands-on building and creating between the infrastructure and custom-dev roles; I wish there were a term for this (or is it just my developer-envy talking?)

I thought about "configurator," but it sounds too mechanical. "Designer" sounds too webby and not indicative of depth of SharePoint expertise. "Architect" often is perceived as very infrastructure-centric.

I guess it's something to work on with our "creatives..."
